I expect good products, but a delightful Seller is an added gift and keeps me coming back for more. Product: best prices on Etsy, Cute designs, Bright colors; high shine; etc. Exceptional value. THEN > Lightning fast shipping from coast to coast. The shop owner, Dianna, is wonderful. I bought one pin for a purpose and paid (with shipping) and noticed a few minutes later that I could have bought another specific pin and received free shipping without reaching the shop $ minimum. On a Saturday, I sent a note asking how to handle (cancel the first order? etc.). She responded within an hour, we must have exchanged 3-4 messages just talking about why I bought the first pin (it's related to the Oz theme of the book I just published). She packaged it up that day (Saturday) and I received early that week - lovely packaging and seller.
